Rules and Regulations

- Enjoy the day! Please no fund-raising at the event.
- One team member is encouraged to be on the track at all times. Non-registered friends and family may walk or run along for fun!
- The North and East Stadium entrances will be open.
- Valet parking and wheelchairs will be made available for those needing assistance. Use the Northwest entrance for these services.
- All participants will sign a waiver prior to entering the track. Hospitality staff will ask for your signature at the Stadium entrances.
- The field will be open to teams at 10:00 a.m. Teams may bring small tables, lawn chairs, awnings and blanketes to establish a team "camp." Teams must police their own area. See map for designated "camp" areas.
- One team member must check in before 11:30 a.m. on the day of the event in order to prepare for Opening Ceremonies. The Registration Tent is located inside the northwest entrance.
- Water will be provided to participants throughout the day. Meals and refreshments will be available at a nominal cost with serving from 11:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.
- No large tent spikes are allowed in the team camp areas on the north side of the stadium.
- Only athletic or soft-soled shoes are allowed on the track. Strollers with wide rubber wheels are permitted. No roller blades, skateboards, or wheeled carts.
- Do not walk on areas of the field that are roped off.
- Runners, please use the outside two lanes of the track; walkers, please use the inside lanes.
- No food, chewing gum, or beverages, other than water, will be allwed on the track.
- No pets or animals are allwed inside or on the track.
- Please help take care of the facilities and helpkeep them clean.
- Alcohol and tobacco are not allowed at this event.
- To ensure your safety, medical support will be provided by the Carroll County Ambulance Service.
- Luminary donations do not apply toward individual or team fund-raising.
This year's Relay committee members will be visible and accessible to you. If you should have any questions or comments, look for them wearing lime green Relay For Life t-shirts.
